Born in Southern Brazil, Pedro attended high school in Texas and then ventured into New York and ultimately NYU.
Pedro returned to his native Brazil and after a year and a half as an editor, and at the ripe old age of 24, Becker decided to try his hand as a director. Becker's notoriety grew - as did his showreel which was soon sporting such clients as MasterCard, Sprite, Motorola, General Motors, Fuji Film, Honda, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Audi and Nestle.
On a cold and rainy Friday in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Executive Producer David Quartararo met Pedro as he was cutting his first music video. Two hours later, calling it 'fate', Pedro agreed to join Pictures in a Row for US and Canadian representation.
